PITTSBURGH — Bradford motorists are paying an average of $3.108 a gallon for unleaded, self-serve gasoline this week, according to the American Automobile Association’s Fuel Gauge Report.
Elsewhere across the region, the average price for gas stands at $3.055 a gallon, a drop of nearly 4 cents from last week, AAA officials said. Nationwide, the average price for gas is $2.88 a gallon, which is the lowest mark since Dec. 2, 2010. The price represents a savings of five cents per gallon compared to one week ago, a savings of 25 cents compared to one month ago, and 33 cents compared to one year ago, AAA officials said.
The following is a list of the average price of unleaded self-serve gasoline in various areas: $3.053, Altoona; $2.930, Brookville; $3.101, Clarion; $2.971, DuBois; $2.893, Erie; $3.094, Indiana; $3.097, Kittanning; $3.090, Meadville; $3.084, Pittsburgh; and $3.100, Warren.
