PITTSBURGH — Bradford area motorists are paying an average of $3.503 a gallon for unleaded, self-serve gasoline this week, according to the American Automobile Association’s Fuel Gauge Report.
Elsewhere across the region, the average price for gas stands at $3.442 a gallon, which is down three cents from last week, AAA officials said. Nationwide, the average price for gas is $3.28 per gallon, which is a nickel less than one week ago, 16 cents less than one month ago, and seven cents less than one year ago.
The following is a list of the average price of unleaded self-serve gasoline in various areas: $3.486, Altoona; $3.374, Brookville; $3.417, Clarion; $3.371, DuBois; $3.260, Erie; $3.496, Indiana; $3.500, Kittanning; $3.451, Meadville; $3.481, Pittsburgh; and $3.400, Warren.
