AP source: 49ers’ Dorsey tears left biceps muscle

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — San Francisco 49ers nose tackle Glenn Dorsey has a torn left biceps muscle and will undergo surgery, a person with knowledge of the injury said Saturday.
