PITTSBURGH — Bradford motorists are paying an average of $3.793 a gallon for unleaded, self-serve gasoline this week, according to the American Automobile Association’s Fuel Gauge Report.
Elsewhere across the region, the average price for gas stands at $3.85 a gallon, up almost eight cents from last week, AAA officials said. Nationwide, the average price for gas is $3.67 a gallon, which is about three cents less expensive than one week ago, but nine cents more than one month ago and about 15 cents more than the same date last year. AAA officials said gasoline prices may have reached a springtime peak of $3.70 per gallon last week, though it is too early to know for certain.
