ULYSSES — Grant West blasted a three-run home run to send Oswayo Valley (3-1) to a 7-2 baseball win over Northern Potter on Thursday.

Also contributing at the plate for the Green Wave were Dylan Buchholz (3 hits, including a double) and Colby Krajewski (double).

Ty Sturdevant, Brandon Brabham and Krajewski were on the mound for OV, giving up four hits, striking out 15 and walking two.

Tyler Cowburn and Shadi Tawil were on the hill for the Panthers, surrendering eight hits, whiffing six and issuing three free passes.

Austin Kosa, Levi Kio and Dustin Wyne all doubled for NoPo.

OV travels to Bucktail on Monday.
