Potter County Commissioners approve transfer of CDBG funds to Roulette sewer project

COUDERSPORT — The Potter County Commissioners approved the transfer of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to a Roulette sewer system project during a meeting on Thursday in Coudersport.
