STATE COLLEGE — Jessica Girard and Sean Connaghan were united in marriage Aug. 3 at the Nittany Lion Inn in State College.
The bride is the daughter of Margie Burns Girard of Bradford and the late Tom Girard. The groom is the son of John and Kathy Connaghan of Elysburg.
The bride is a graduate of Bradford Area High School. She graduated from Penn State University and is currently employed as an implementation consultant with Ellucian. The groom is a graduate of Southern Columbia High School in Catawissa. He graduated from James Madison University and is currently employed as an internal consultant with NVR Inc.
The newlyweds currently reside in Ashburn, Va., and will be honeymooning in Hawaii this spring.
