Foster Township awarded loan for sewer extension project

State Rep. Martin Causer, R-Turtlepoint, announced Tuesday that Foster Township has received a low-interest loan from the Pennsylvania Infrastructure and Investment Authority (PENNVEST) for an upcoming sewer extension project.
