Local conservation districts receive Marcellus Shale impact fee funding

SMETHPORT — The area’s conservation districts will receive more than $361,165 in Marcellus Shale impact fee revenue, Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, R-Brockway, announced on Wednesday.
