Kiwanis Club votes ‘yes’ to sell Kiwanis Court to HANDS

The Kiwanis Club of Bradford voted "yes" at Tuesday's meeting to move forward with an offer to sell Kiwanis Court to Housing And Neighborhood Development Service (HANDS) of Erie.
