RAINY DAYS: One of the many publications we receive in the newsroom is the Bay Journal, a tabloid newspaper which covers issues about the Chesapeake Bay. Why would we care? As a lot of readers know, the headwaters of three rivers is in Potter County and, one of them, the Susquehanna, makes its way, eventually, to the Chesapeake Bay.
