PLANE CRASH: When we left them yesterday, seven Pitt-Bradford
students were taking off from the Harrisburg airport bound for
Bradford at 7:52 p.m. Jan. 6, 1969.

As they headed north they encountered snow squalls and what felt
like turbulence.
