There was plenty of fun to be had for youngsters and the young at heart at Lewis Run’s Centennial celebration over the weekend. Entertainment included pony rides, a petting zoo, a bounce house, dunk tank, clowns, games and face painting. Pictured here, Nino Aiello, 5, gets his arm painted by Marika Chiodo. -

A variety of food was available during the anniversary celebration in Lewis Run. Here, D.J. Guay leans over the loaded barbecue to baste the chicken for the feast. -

Lewis Run Mayor Albert Montecalvo enjoys a Sno-cone during the Centennial celebration festivities on Saturday. In total, Montecalvo and borough council president Frank Langianese have served 111 years as borough officials. A job both say they have relished immensely. -

Residents and visitors enjoyed live music and a street dance during the Lewis Run anniversary celebration over the weekend. -
