YOUNG HERO: “The existence of the blaze was first discovered
shortly after 5 o’clock by Raymond Stark, the 12-year-old son of
Mr. and Mrs. John Stark, the custodians of the home. Investigation
by the lad disclosed a fire in the laundry building located at the
rear of the kitchen.
