The Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce has announced Ron Orris
will take over as the executive director, effective July 19.

Orris is a successor to former Executive Director Diane Sheeley,
who resigned earlier this year to pursue other career
opportunities.

“Thirteen years ago I left Main Street, and now I’m back,” Orris
said. “I’m excited. There are a lot of things we can do to make the
chamber better. Not to say it isn’t OK now, but there are always
ways to improve on anything. I’m excited to get started.
