RIDGWAY – Peter D. Horsey, 29, of Vairo Blvd., died unexpectedly
Wednesday (April 18, 2007) at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of the Meehan-Shilk Funeral

MOUNT MORRIS, N.Y. – Elizabeth Ann “Lizzy” Spencer, 16, of
Pinecone Lane, Mount Morris, died tragically in an automobile
accident in Pennsylvania on Thursday (April 12, 2007) with her
unborn daughter, Trinity Marie. Arrangements are under the
direction of the Weeks Funeral Home.

PORT ALLEGANY – Donna S. Welsh, 81, of 37 Church St., died
unexpectedly Wednesday (April 18, 2007) at her home. Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of the Switzer Funeral
Home.
