SMETHPORT -ðSamuel L. Jones, 83, of Smethport, died Sunday
(April 15, 2007) in the Sena-Kean Manor in Smethport. Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral
Homes Inc.

ST. MARYS – Howard R. “Nipper” Krieg, 77, of 6417 Glen Hazel
Road, Wilcox, died Monday morning (April 16, 2007) at his home
following a brief illness. Funeral arrangements are under the
direction of the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home.

KANE – Dorothy B. Jackson, 90, died Monday (April 16, 2007) at
The Lutheran Home at Kane. Arrangements are under the direction of
the Cummings Funeral Home Inc.

MOUNT JEWETT -ðVivian Benson Carlson, 94, died at her home in
Mount Jewett on Tuesday (Dec. 26, 2006) as a result of a house
fire, which destroyed her home.

PLEASANTVILLE – James DeGolier Loveless, 76, died Saturday
(April 7, 2007) following an extended illness.

JOHNSONBURG – Irene Wrobel Spencer, 85, of 5152 Ridgway Road,
died Monday afternoon (April 16, 2007) at the Elk Regional Health
Center, St. Marys, following a lengthy illness. Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of the Anthony Ferragine
Funeral Home Inc.

KANE – Valborg L. “Wally” Peterson, 92, formerly of the Ten
Commandments area near Kane, died Sunday evening (April 15, 2007)
at The Lutheran Home, where she resided. Funeral arrangements are
under the direction of Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home.
