COUDERSPORT – Karli Duffee pitched a no-hitter as Coudersport
defeated Bradford 4-0 in high school softball Friday.
Duffee struck out five and walked two while on the mound.
Leading the Lady Falcons (1-1) was Lauren Goga with a double and
Duffee, who went 2-for-3 with two RBIs.
Shelly Fuhrman suffered the mound loss for Bradford (1-1).
Fuhrman struck out five and gave up six hits.
“There was an excellent defensive effort from both teams, and
both pitchers did a good job,” said Scott Andrews, Coudersport
coach.
Coudy returns to action Tuesday at Cameron County.
