LEWISBURG – Bradford High’s Alex Goodman finished sixth in the
50 freestyle at the PIAA Class AA swimming and diving championships
at Bucknell University on Wednesday.

Goodman’s time was 21.74. Matt Kolojejchick of Bishop Hoban won
the gold in the event (21.20).

In the preliminaries, Goodman took seventh place with a time of
21.82.

In other preliminaries for Bradford, Ben Daggett finished 26th
in the 200 freestyle (1:52.04) and the Bradford team finished 18th
in the 200 freestyle relay (1:32.36).

In Class AA girls action, Bradford’s Katie Slavinski finished
26th in the 50 freestyle (25.68) preliminaries. Also for Bradford
in the preliminaries, Ellie Imhof finished 31st in the 200 IM
(2:22.51) and 32nd in the 100 fly (1:05.43). Erica Pascarella came
in 31st in the 200 freestyle (2:03.25).

The top eight finishers in the preliminaries made the
finals.
