ST. MARYS – Frederick P. Palmer, 71, of 243 Ford Road, died
Tuesday morning (Jan. 30, 2007) in the Elk Regional Health Center.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Radkowski
Funeral Home.
