Stephen B. Verbocy, 82, of Chapel Ridge, formerly of 61 Gates
Hollow, died Monday (Jan. 29, 2007) at Chapel Ridge. Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral

PRENTISVALE – Robert L. Southard, 65, of Looker Mountain Trail,
Prentisvale, died Monday (Jan. 29, 2007) at his residence of
natural causes. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the
Frame Funeral Home.

KANE – John C. Martin, 80, died Monday afternoon (Jan. 29, 2007)
in the Sena-Kean Manor, where he has resided. Arrangements are
incomplete and will be announced by the Cummings Funeral Home
Inc.

ST. MARYS – Thomas G. Gorman, 96, of 365 Old Kersey Road,
Kersey, died Sunday evening (Jan. 28, 2007) at the Elk Haven
Nursing Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the
Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home.

SHINGLEHOUSE – Gloria A. Corris, 62, of Shinglehouse, died
Monday (Jan. 29, 2007) in Charles Cole Memorial Hospital,
Coudersport, after a long illness. Funeral arrangements are under
the direction of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home.

EMPORIUM – Gilbert C. Brown, 78, of 324 W. Fourth St., Emporium,
formerly of 1011 Old West Creek Road, died Monday (Jan. 29, 2007)
at Elk Haven Nursing Home, St. Marys. Arrangements are under the
direction of the Barnett Funeral Home Inc.

MARIENVILLE – Barbara L. McQuilkin, 79, of Snyder Memorial
Health Care, Marienville, formerly of Bradford and Bemus Point,
died Saturday (Jan. 27, 2007) in Marienville. Funeral arrangements
are under the direction of the Ronald McDonald Funeral Home,
Marienville.

NOGALES, Ariz. – Donald Arthur Heimbach, 75, of Rio Rico, died
Thursday (Jan. 25, 2007) in Nogales, following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Bradford, Pa. A memorial service is planned at
Carroon Mortuary, Nogales.
