ST. MARYS – Despite Jesse Bosnik’s 30 point contribution, Elk
County Catholic’s 49 game winning streak was snapped in a 69-68
loss to DuBois Central Catholic in boys high school basketball
Friday.
The 2006 state champs ended their season last year at 33-0. They
are 16-1 this season.
DCC extended its winning streak to 13 games since a 65-63 loss
at Johnsonburg back in December.
Lifting DCC (18-1) were Chris Wulderk (17 points), Cody Wilson
(16) and Christian Spilman (10).
Also leading ECC was Josh Salter with 14 tallies.
The Crusaders host Clearfield on Tuesday.
DCC is at Curwensville on Wednesday.
