FREDERICK, Md. – Basil J. Vicere, 92, of Frederick died on
Friday (Nov. 24, 2006) at Vindobona Nursing Home, Frederick. He was
born on May 30, 1914, in Bradford, Pa. Funeral arrangements are
under the direction of the Stauffer Funeral Home.
