ULYSSES – Helen M. Schmidt, 88, of Westfield, died Saturday
(Nov. 18, 2006) in the Broad Acres Nursing Home, Wellsboro.

Mary K. Phetterplace, 86, of 79 Lincoln Ave., died Friday (Nov.
17, 2006) at Bradford Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are

ELDRED – Donald C. McKinsey, 83, of 37 Beers Hollow, Lot 6, died
Friday (Nov. 17, 2006) in Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital.

PORT ALLEGANY – Edward V. Nolder, 80, of North Street, died
Saturday (Nov. 18, 2006) at his home after a lengthy illness.

ST. MARYS – Frances C. Johnson Wantuck, 87, a resident of Elk
Haven and formerly of Madison Street, St. Marys, and of Wilcox,
died Saturday evening (Nov. 18, 2006) at Elk Haven Nursing Home
after a brief illness. The Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home is in

KENNEBUNK, Maine – Richard Allen “”Dickie”” Milliron, 73, a
resident of Hidden Lane, Kennebunk, died Wednesday (Nov. 15, 2006)
following a two-year battle with Lou Gehrig’s disease. Arrangements
were under the direction of the Bibber Memorial

RIDGWAY – Ruth E. Blair, 97, of 240 Euclid ave., Ridgway, died
Sunday (Nov. 19, 2006) at Elk Regional Health Center. Funeral

PORT ALLEGANY – Milford A. Reed, 80, of Port Allegany, died

BELFAST, N.Y. – Chester A. “”Corky”” Powers, 77, of 8486 Route
19, died unexpectedly in his home Friday (Nov. 17, 2006). The
