Bradford has seven named to soccer all-star teams

Bradford had four boys and three girls named to the Upper
Allegheny Valley Soccer League all-stars teams.

Micah Ridley, Steve Butler, Adam Feura and Micah Irwin were
named to the boys’ big school squad, while Lindsay Sherman, Katie
White and Tricia Copeland were named to the girls’ big school
squad. In addition, Sherman was named the MVP.

Also named to the boys’ big school team were MVP Mark Auman
(Clearfield), James Zimmerman (Clearfield), Michael Johnson
(Clearfield), D.J. Smith (DuBois), Dwaine Allen (DuBois), Ryan Neal
(St. Marys) and Matt Greenthaner (St. Marys).

Clearfield was the league champion for the boys’ big
schools.

Bradford claimed the league title for the girls’ big
schools.

Other members of the girls’ big school squad included Mindy
Bower (Clearfield), Nikki Collins (Clearfield), Julianne Howell
(Clearfield), Tasha Hess (Clearfield), Jendi Schwab (DuBois),
Rachel McMinn (DuBois), Jacey Royer (DuBois) and Missy Aul (St.
Marys).

Named to the boys’ North squad were MVP Jonathan Prencipe (Elk
County Catholic), Dan Hawkins (Elk County Catholic), Austin Boyd
(Brockway), Ian Breakey (Johnsonburg), Doug Dellan (Kane), Brandon
Newpher (Kane), Cory Anderson (Kane), Jake Pusateri (Kane), Ed
Buhler (Ridgway), Hawk Bullers (Ridgway) and Mike Healy
(Smethport).

For the girls’ North squad, members included Curwensville’s
Danielle Struble (MVP), Samantha Thorp and Jamie Rebar, Lisa
McMeekin of DuBois Central Catholic, Elk County Catholic’s Emily
Radkowski, Andie Beveridge, Elena Reed and Allie Dellaquila, Kane’s
Melissa Koza and Ridgway’s Dina Dush and Lauren Laughner.

Named to the boys’ South all-star squad were MVP Ethan Rowe
(Redbank Valley), Nathan Brennen (DuBois), Aaron McGarvey (Karns
City), Chris Harmon (Karns City), Justin Grubb (Clarion-Limestone),
Jason Gudalis (DuBois), Ian Petardi (Brookville), Geoff Kenawell
(DuBois), Joe Montleone (Redbank Valley), Tyler Obenrader (Forest)
and Josh Grenninger (Karns City).

Members of the girls’ south squad were MVP Sarah Hileman
(Clarion), MVP Aubrey Fenstermaker (Brookville), Allyson Kepple
(Karns City), Lacey Blose (Redbank Valley), Nadia Kundick (Karns
City), Vanessa Yard (Brookville), Michelle Sweeney (Karns City),
Julieanna Scott (Karns City), Jessi Byerly (Brookville), Quinn Luke
(Clarion) and Britt Mohney (Keystone).
