Wednesday (Nov. 8, 2006) in Tipton County. Funeral arrangements are

DOWNING TOWN – J. Penrose Styer, 67, of Ulysses, formerly of
Glenmoore, passed away on Monday (Nov. 13, 2006) at Chester County

SALAMANCA, N.Y. – Edward Tome, 88, of 8323 Old Route 17,
Salamanca, died Tuesday (Nov. 14, 2006) at his home. He was born
Feb. 21, 1918, in Corydon, Pa. Arrangements are under the direction
