DUBOIS – Bradford fell to DuBois 5-3 in high school boys soccer
Wednesday.
Adam Feura scored two goals and had one assist, Steve Butler
found the net once and Nate Tingley had one assist for the
Owls.
Micah Ridley had 12 saves in goal for Bradford.
“This was the second time we’ve played DuBois this season, and
they showed up ready to play,” said Wes Lohrman, Owls coach. “They
took a look at our defense, and their goal scorer was in a weak
spot in our zone for most of the game.
“With us off to such a good start, every team we play is going
to come in more ready to play than they would have been in the
past. We need to be more focused and intense every time we take the
field and we need to be the same way in practice as well.”
Leading DuBois were Andy Bush with three goals and D.J. Smith
with two goals.
Nate Seiple had three saves in goal for the Beavers.
Bradford, now 7-4 on the season, will travel to Villa Maria on
Saturday.
