“Alexa Wilton earned the hat trick today,” BAHS coach Tony
Doriguzzi said. “She made some nice runs into the box and
capitalized on great balls played in to her from Kayla Murphey,
Meagan Little and Lindsay Sherman.
“Katie White just dominated the center of the field again. I am
really pleased with the way our defense has been playing.
“Chelsea Rinfrette, Tricia Copeland, Katie Vecellio, Whitney
Cline, Amanda Morrison and Bri Gleason have been doing a phenomenal
job.
“Defenders in soccer rarely get the accolades they deserve, but
a lot of our success this season is because of them.”
The Lady Owls (7-0) travel to Elk County Catholic on
Thursday.
