PORT ALLEGANY – John B. Ostrander, 72, of 560 E. Third St.,
Erie, formerly of Port Allegany, died Sunday (Sept. 17, 2006) in
the Warren General Hospital. Funeral arrangements are under the
direction of the Switzer Funeral Home.

SHINGLEHOUSE – Martin L. “Marty” Ball, 70, of South Mill Street,
died Tuesday (Sept. 19, 2006) in his home after a long illness.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Virgil L.
Howard Funeral Home.

ST. MARYS – Winifred H. Schreiber, 88, of 620 Hall Ave. died
Tuesday morning (Sept. 19, 2006) in the Elk Haven Nursing Home.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Lynch-Radkowski
Funeral Home.

BROCKWAY – Ethel L. Harper, 78, of Highland View Health Care
died Wednesday (Sept. 13, 2006) at Highland View. She was formerly
of Bradford. Funeral services were held Friday at the
Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. Burial was in McKean Memorial
Park.
