morning (Sept. 6, 2006) at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Thursday (Sept. 7. 2006) in St. Vincent’s Health Center, Erie.

JOHNSONBURG -ðAdeline “Adele” Zawatski Costanzo, 91, of Elk
Haven Nursing Home, St. Marys, formerly of 607 Park Ave., Kane,
died Wednesday afternoon (Sept. 6, 2006) in Elk Regional Health
Center, St. Marys, following a lengthy illness. Funeral
