Five players added to Raabe Classic rosters

Sheffield’s Cole Fitch has been added to the Pennsylvania roster
for Saturday’s Raabe Charities Classic.

Fitch, 5-10, 175 pounds, was a tight end and defensive end for
the Wolverines.

He will attend the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and
study anesthesiology.

Fitch was co-captain of the football and wrestling teams,
earning letters three years in both sports. His favorite football
team is Penn State while Justin King is his favorite player.

Added to the New York roster are Brooks Morrison of Randolph,
Ryan Smith of Gowanda, Matt Burlingame of Portville and Pat
Hennessy of Olean Walsh.

Morrison is 5-9, 140 pounds.

He will major in intelligence at Mercyhurst College hoping to
work for a government agency.

He was a second baseman and will play baseball for
Mercyhurst.

His biggest thrill was winning the New York State football
championship. His favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys and Troy
Polamalu his favorite player.

Smith 6-2, 225 pounds, played center, defensive end and outside
linebacker.

He will major in criminal justice at Erie County Community
College.

He received the Walter Peters Memorial Award as the outstanding
football player. He also received the 110 percent award for the
2004 football season. He enjoys making tackles and getting
touchdowns.

Burlingame, 5-10, 150 pounds, played cornerback for the
Panthers. He will attend JCC majoring in education to become a
technology teacher.

He was an Expressway all-star in track four years and wrestling
three years. He set the school record for the 800 meters. He was
also a Cattaraugus County all-star in track.

His biggest thrill was playing at Ralph Wilson Stadium two years
in a row. The Texas Longhorns is his favorite team and Brett Favre
his favorite player.

Hennessy, 5-8, 150 pounds, played cornerback and safety.

He was the class valedictorian. He will attend Niagara
University.

In baseball he was twice the MVP. His biggest thrill was beating
Cardinal O’Hara 3-0 to advance to the playoffs at Ralph Wilson
Stadium.

His favorite teams are the Buffalo Bills and Notre Dame. Doug
Flutie is his favorite player.
