The team of Bryan Snyder and his guest Dave Snyder from
Kittanning Country Club won the George G. Blaisdell Men’s
Invitational (Member-Guest) at the Pennhills Club on Saturday.

They eliminated Dan Brinsky and Joe Troutman Sr. on the third
playoff hole of an eight-team shootout with a par in the alternate
shot format.

The teams of Bill Galey and Dave Fesenmyer and A.J. Moeke and
Brian Vecellio were eliminated after the first shootout.

Mike Martin and Stan Heckathorn and Ron Zydonik and Chuck Irvin
were ousted after the second shootout.

Paul Westerburg and Les VanGorder and Troy Smith and Jonas
Vossler lost out to Snyder and Snyder and Brinsky and Troutman on a
shootout.

Smith and Vossler won the first flight with 28 points. Mike
Sherman and Bill Rae were second with 27 points.

Zydonik and Irvin won the second flight (30 points). Westerburg
and VanGorder were second (29).

Brinsky and Troutman won the third flight (29.5 points). Moeke
and Vecellio were second (26).

Martin and Heckathorn won the fourth flight (30). Galey and
Fesenmyer were second (29.5).
