Dalyann Fuller, head coach of the women’s basketball team at the
University of Pittsburgh at Bradford for six years, has resigned in
order to pursue a graduate degree this fall at a school in
Kentucky.
Officials at Pitt-Bradford have begun the search for her
replacement and hope to have a new head coach by Sept. 1.
“We wish Dalyann all the best in her future,” said Lori Mazza,
director of athletics. “She has been our coach and senior women’s
administrator for the past six years and has added a great deal to
the athletic environment here at Pitt-Bradford.”
Fuller, who spent her first two years at Pitt-Bradford as
assistant coach, compiled an overall record of 48-82 and an
Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference record of 38-46. She led
the Lady Panthers to the AMCC playoffs every year, and the team’s
best finish was fourth.
During her six years as head coach, the team grade point average
was 3.12.
Fuller, a native of Bradford, plans to pursue a master’s degree
in sport and recreation management at Morehead State University.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in health and recreation from Lock
Haven University.
