Owls beat Redbank Valley

NEW BETHLEHEM – Adam Feura took a pass from Steve Butler to
score the winning goal as Bradford topped Redbank Valley 2-1 in
high school soccer Saturday.

Nate Tingley added the Owls’ other goal.

“We controlled the game through our passing,” said Owls’ coach
Wes Lohrman. “We made good decisions with the ball.

“The guys passed so well. After the game the players said they
felt they had the best touch on the ball that they’ve had all
season long. It really set the tempo of the game.

“All the goals were scored with two or three linked passes, and
that’s the kind of play we’re going to need to be successful in the
playoffs.”

Micah Ridley made five saves in goal for the winners
(11-5-1).

The Owls host St. Marys on Tuesday.
