The 32nd year of the Elk County Catholic “Little Dribblers” program will begin the morning of Jan. 8.
This program, sponsored by the boys basketball program at ECC, will feature four Saturday morning sessions, which will be followed by “Little Dribblers Night.”
The program is open to boys and girls in both the public and parochial school system, for students in kindergarten, first grade and second grade.
Time of the instruction for the four-week program is from 10-11 a.m. on Jan. 8, 15, 29 and Feb. 5. The “Little Dribblers Night” will be held on Feb. 8, when the Crusaders take on Brookville in a key varsity District 9 Class 4A basketball game.
The cost of the program is $30 if an attendee needs to purchase a “Little Dribblers” basketball, and $25 if one provides their own basketball. A family discount is available for those with more than one participant.
Applications can be picked up at the Elk County Catholic High School main office, and registration will be accepted any time between now and the program’s first session. Registration will also be accepted from 9-9:45 a.m. the morning of Jan. 8.
All will receive an official “Crusader Basketball” tee-shirt for participating in the program. Please direct questions to Aaron Straub at Elk County Catholic High School.
