DWI charges filed against Rixford man after welfare check

ALLEGANY, N.Y. — According to Cattaraugus County Sheriff Timothy Whitcomb, on Sept. 11 at 2:16 p.m. Matthew Ekas, 44, of Rixford, Pa., was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
