Thompson, Ryan, introduce bill to assess mental health of military recruits

BELLEFONTE — U.S. Representatives Glenn Thompson, R-Pa., and Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, have introduced legislation that would institute a mental health assessment for all incoming military recruits.
